3. Go Live & Monetise
Your property is listed on Stay Now and third-party booking channels where we use our proprietary SuperHost profile to generate greater exposure. Every month your booking revenue is deposited into your bank account plus you receive a full breakdown of the income along with any expenses. The best part of working with us is you get to use your property as much as you want!

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights.
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.
You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Check-in starts from 3:00pm
Check-out time is 10:00am
You may request an early check-in or late check-out and if the property is available we will do our best to accommodate.
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately and you will forfeit your bond.
Please no smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. If we detect the home has been smoked in you will forfeit your bond.
There are no cameras inside for the privacy of our guests. However, some of our properties do have external cameras for extra security and for the protection of the property.
